- SPECTATOR PARKING
TOB ACC Parking is in the lots near the stadium - there will be signs guiding spectators. Parking cost is NOW $7 - the same as all Hershey Park admissions and Giant Center admissions for the day.
- TICKETS
All ACC registered bands received ticket letters and information. Booster contacts(as listed by director) also received ticket information. Pre-sold tickets are your fundraiser! Tickets are $15 and $20 at the Ticket Office in the Stadium. CONTACT:

- BAND ARRIVAL
All bus/truck traffic will be directed by the HP Staff to the band parking area. It is important that all your vehicles arrive together, so they may be parked together. Identified(uniform/badge) bus and truck drivers can check in at Ticket Office for a complimentary wrist band for the show.
- BAND CHECK-IN
All ACC Band Directors must check-in at the Ticket Office and pick up their ACC packet. Schedule, student, chaperone, staff wristbands and ACC patches are included based on your ACC Registration Form. Chaperone wristbands are based on 1 per every 10 students you registered. Additional wristbands will be available for purchase at the Ticket Office on show day.
- RESTROOMS
There will be portable restrooms in the bus parking area. Student may not enter the stadium without wristbands to use the restrooms.
- WARM-UP
There are designated warm-up areas marked on the map, and HP Staff will guide your group as well. Please face away from the stadium.
- SCHEDULE
Please report to the Band Gate no later than 15 minutes prior to your scheduled performance time. Bands will move into endzone a few minutes prior to performance time. Bands must be prepared to shift times by 15 minutes earlier or later - show staff will keep bands posted throughout the day. You must be flexible with this - we have approximately 60 bands per day to move!
- ANNOUNCER
All ACC Band Announcer information is to be completed on-line by Wednesday, October 28. Please complete all requested info and hit SAVE. PA Announcements will not be accepted in Hershey.
- BAND RE-ENTRY
After your performance(or before), band and staff members may enter the stadium as spectators. All must use the Main Gate and have their wristbands on their wrists! The Band Gate is NOT an entry gate for spectators.
- TOB SOUVENIERS
ACC Programs, TOB attire, and much more will be available under the stands in the sales area.
- VIDEO-PICTURES
Video cameras are NOT permitted in HP Stadium. BVP Video and Jolesch Photo will be on hand to provide video and photo of the 2009 TOB ACC. Each Band Director receives a complimentary copy. Orders will be available on-line, in the program, and at the stadium.
- STADIUM FOOD
HP Stadium is well equipped for events such as this. They have estimates of past attendance and will prepare for our days at the stadium.
- GOOGLE MAP
The 2009 TOB ACC Google Map is now up and available.
- HERSHEY CHOCOLATE WORLD
Hershey's Chocolate World ( free admission and shopping) is open from 9:00 AM to 5:00/9:00 PM. This is NOT Hershey Park - it is separate!
- AWARDS & ALL-STAR BAND
Drum Majors report to Band Gate 15 minutes prior to scheduled awards ceremony. 2009 All-Star Band Members will be recognized at each awards ceremony - they need to report to Band Gate as well.
