Please keep in mind that trying to acco­mmodate judges who do not get their availabilities in by the deadline of July 4^th will not be a priority on our part. We start the judges scheduling process early in July so adjustments are difficult once we get into the season.

Please make every effort to complete these forms and return them as soon as possible - not later than July 4^th.

Finally, there will be 1 clinic site this year  - (Site To Be Announced) -  on Saturday, August 22^nd. Please mark your calendars as atten­dance is required.

Please note that there are several significant & important changes to the scor­ing system that will require a strong understanding onyour part for us to have a successful season.
