The annual Tournament of Bands Meeting and Rules Congress is scheduled for Sunday, March 6 starting at 12:00 Noon at Red Lion Inn, Swatara Exit, I-283. All TOB Band Directors have received a copy of the proposals to review for voting. Region Coordinators and Band Directors will vote on rule changes and updates for the 2016 TOB season.
