Mrs. Donna Stout, TIA Director, has announced the promotion of Penncrest HS Percussion (TIA-3) to Scholastic Intermediate Class as well as Garnet Valley HS Percussion (TIA-3) to the Scholastic A Class. These units were recommended for this reclassification as a result of consideration by the NJA/TIA panel. Again, congratulations to the performers and staff members!
